In loving memory of our father, Tu Truong, who passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026. He was the devoted husband of Xuan Luong for 48 years, a loving father to his three children, Tran, Triet, and Truc, and a proud and doting grandfather to his eight grandchildren: Kaylin, Kaylee, Piper, Parker, Pippa, Ruby, Emerald, and Sapphire. He will be deeply missed by all his family, relatives, and friends.

Early in life, our father left behind everything he knew in Vietnam to begin a new life in America. He worked tirelessly and sacrificed so much to ensure that his family had every opportunity and everything they needed. Through this, he taught us the meaning of hard work, perseverance, and dedication, and he instilled that same strong work ethic in all of us. Our father was a generous and giving person who faced life’s challenges with strength and quiet courage.

He was always there for us – whether helping with our homework, fixing things around our homes, or spending time doing fun crafts with his grandchildren. He showed us the importance of family, compassion, and always caring for one another.

He was a simple man with a gentle heart, and one of the kindest souls you could ever meet. One of his greatest joys was gardening alongside his beloved wife, Xuan.

We will always be grateful to have him as our father.

Ba, you are now at peace, but you will live on forever in our hearts. We love you so much. Rest in peace.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during visiting hours on Monday, March 9th from 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home- NORTH at 40 Sea Street, North Weymouth. His Cremation will be held on Tuesday, March 10th at 11 AM. Please meet at Keohane Funeral Home at 10 AM and depart at 10:30 AM. This is limited to 30 people inside the crematorium.
