Cook, Vincent A. of Quincy January 26, 2006. Beloved husband of Mary E. (Gilligan) Cook of Quincy. Loving Father of Susan (Cook) Young of Quincy, and the late Stephen V. Cook. Brother of Roberta Cook of Chelsea, Winifred Sullivan of Weymouth and the late Mary Spencer and Robert Cook. Devoted grandfather of Matthew, Patrick and Timothy Young and Christine and Stephen Cook all of Quincy. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 9:30 am. Funeral Mass in St. Agatha’s Church, Milton at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2 – 6 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. WWII Navy veteran. Mr. Cook was a graduate of Everett High School. He was a member of the Morrisette Post and the Knights of Columus in Quincy. He was also a former member of the Koch Club bowling league. He loved to spend time with his family and enjoyed singing and dancing with his wife Mary. Vincent also devoted many years to coaching little league baseball. He was an avid baseball and football fan.
