Walter S. Bonavita

Bonavita, Walter S. of Quincy January 6, 2007. Beloved husband of Susan M. (Cassidy) Bonavita of Quincy. Devoted father of Stacy M. and her husband George Mackey of Quincy, and Steven M. Bonavita and his wife Laurie of Palmer. Loving brother of Joseph Bonavita of Hanover, Richard Bonavita of Cape Cod, and Alice McHugh of Milton. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Funeral Mass in Saint John’s Church, 44 School St. Quincy, Tuesday, January 9 2007, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Walter S. Bonavita may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 55584, Boston, MA 02205-5584. Walter was a Deputy Superintendent of Boston EMS at Boston City Hospital retiring in 2000. He served in the U.S. Air Force after high school. Walter was a great tennis player. Walter lived part – time in N. Ft. Myers, FL. He was a huge Red Sox and Patriots fan. Walter loved being with his family and will be greatly missed by them.
