Willi Wiessmeyer

Willi Wiessmeyer of Weymouth, died November 16, 2014 at the age of 81.

Willi grew up and Germany and immigrated to Canada in 1952. In 1961, he moved to the U.S. and settled in Weymouth in 1963. He worked as a industrial design pattern maker. He enjoyed traveling and cherished spending time with family and grandchildren.

Beloved husband of Helen LouAnn Smith (Walker) Wiessmeyer and the late Helen Ida (Bachman) Wiessmeyer. Loving father of Paul Wiessmeyer and his wife Monika of North Weymouth and Edward Wiessmeyer and his wife Laura of East Weymouth. Proud grandfather to his 5 grandchildren: Brian, Sascha, Eric, Lauren, and Kurt; and his 7 step grandchildren: Jessica, David, Catie, Dante, Dillon, Daniel and Isabella. Brother of the late Emma Sickler. Cherished uncle of Christa Sickler of Germany.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off RT.3A-Bicknell Sq.).  Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
