William J. Rosen, Jr. “Bill” of Randolph, passed away unexpectedly August 10, 2026.
Bill was a sweet and generous soul, an avid collector and hobbyist with a vast appreciation of World World II history. He was well-traveled, well-versed and industrious. He especially enjoyed acquiring and refurbishing electronics. He worked for Polaroid Corporation for over 30 years as an engineer and was dedicated and well-suited to his career. Bill was beloved by his colleagues, community, and family and will be greatly missed.
Bill is survived by his devoted wife Lorraine (Zenga) Lordan of Quincy and her daughter Lori-Michele Emerson of Larkspur, CA and by his beloved brothers and sisters: Gerard Rosen, Warren Rosen (Kathy Nerpouni), Mary Anne Kanakaris, Frances Persechini (Fred Persechini), Mark Rosen (Sloat Shaw), Virginia Rosen, and Maryann Rosen. He is also survived by his brother in law Daniel Zenga (Mindy) and predeceased by his brothers: Robert and Richard and sisters in law Bea and Joanne Rosen, as well as brothers in law Eddie, Tony, and Henry Zenga.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during visiting hours on Sunday 8/23/2026 from 1-4pm in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St. Quincy, followed by a service at 4pm. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bill may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to another charity of choice.
