Frances E. (Costello) Lenardis of Weymouth, passed away on February 22, 2021 surrounded by her children, after a long courageous battle with cancer at the age of 74. She was the daughter of the late William J. Costello and Catherine (Devaney) Costello. Frances was born in Stoughton and spent most of her childhood in Quincy. She was a graduate of Quincy High School, Class of 1964. Frances worked hard and devoted her life to her children, finally retiring to New Hampshire to be closer to her family. Frances was the caring and devoted mother to her cherished daughter Cheryl-Ann Lenardis of Randolph, her two sons; Francis Lenardis Jr. and Christopher Lenardis both of Quincy and adored grandmother of Alexis Lenardis. Loving sister of William J. Costello of Brockton, Edward Costello, property of the state of New Hampshire and pre-deceased by Maureen Devine, John Costello, Dolores Lenardis and Richard Costello. She was also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frances’ name to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA  All services will be private.
