Griffiths, James J. “Jimmy” of Marshfield, formerly of Roslindale, 60, passed away April 17, 2021. Jimmy was born in Boston to the late Francis and Mary (Dailey) Griffiths. He grew up in Roslindale and was a graduate of Catholic Memorial High School. Jimmy worked as a Supervisor for many years at White Hall until 2001. He enjoyed spending time at the beach, watching football and attending car shows. Jimmy had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to make people laugh.

Beloved husband of 35 years to Valerie (Bauer) Griffiths of Marshfield. Loving father of James R. Griffiths of Marshfield. Dear brother of Frank Griffiths and his wife Mary of Hanover, Richard Griffiths of Naples, FL, and Rita Macdonald and her late husband Brian of Hyde Park. Cherished “Uncle Jimmy” to many nieces and nephews and also survived by numerous cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday in Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Marshfield at 10 AM. Burial shall be private.
