Robert T. Lindblad, Jr., of Weymouth, died January 30, 2021. He was 70.
Bob retired from Verizon after nearly 40 years. He was a longtime member of both the Quincy Elks and Quincy Knights of Columbus. Bob loved his family and his many friends. He enjoyed cooking, playing golf, being outdoors and spending time with family. He had a special place in his heart for his dogs. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Beloved husband of Linda Austin Lindblad of Weymouth. Devoted father of Robert Lindblad of Haverhill, Patrick Lindblad and his partner Erin Paiva of Taunton and Dennis Lindblad and his partner Missy Steinhoff of Haverhill. Cherished Papa of Alyssa. Loving brother of Diane Barnes of Cambridge and brother-in-law of Carol Austin of Quincy and Paul Austin of SC. Son-in-law of Paul Austin of Quincy. Also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Saturday, May 15th at 11 AM in Sacred Heart Church, 386 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02171.
