William E. Mulloy

Mr. William E. Mulloy, of Weymouth, passed awayin his home surrounded by his loving family on May 10, 2021.

William was Boston firefighter until his retirement. He served his country proudly during the Korean conflict with the United States Army. William loved his family, his god, and his country. A faithful communicant at Saint Joseph’s Church in Quincy, in his spare time, he loved music, and baseball including the Boston Red Sox and was a great fastball pitcher in softball. William will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him especially his beautiful children and grandchildren.

Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth A. (McKay) Mulloy.

Loving father of Elizabeth A. McKenna and her husband, Thomas, of Weymouth, William E. Mulloy Jr. and his wife, Cynthia, of Luxor, PA, Judy Morin and her husband, Michael, of Apex, NC, Carol Nickerson and her husband Richard, of North Weymouth, and Catherine McElroy and her husband, Paul, of Weymouth. Brother in law of Robert Callow of Quincy. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many more to arrive and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Friday from 5-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square).

Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
