Condolences to the Family of Timothy W. Bilodeau Sr.

2021

Dear Friends and collaborators of Medicine for Humanity, Dear Family and staff who worked closely with Tim, My sincere condolences to you all. I met Tim when he visited Kenya to meet his friend Father Angelo D'Agostino SJ, by then, I had just completed my studies and settled to work with Children and orphans living with HIV/Aids. I was moved by his love and compassion. May he rest in peace and May his spirit of Compassion continue in the work he left behind through Medicines for Humanity. So glad to have known Tim and his family. What a good, decent man. Sporting events, birthdays cookouts all went better w/ Tim, Cathy and the boys when we got together when the kids were younger. More recently, always asked for my family by name and what we were up to. So much fun to be around.........Our sympathies RIP TIM

My sympathy to Tim's extended family, both relatives, family and friends. I was lucky to have worked with Tim while I was at Seton Institute and for Tim in the nascent years of the fundraising efforts at MFH. He was a gentle, heartful and kind person to work with and for. I am inspired by his witness and by his commitment to serving those around the world who, through no fault of their own, did not have equal access to lifesaving medicines. Because of his tenacity, so many individuals do. God be with him and you at this difficult time.

I was one of the guys Tim played racquetball with over in Rockland for years. He had an amazing sense of humor as well as a confounding serve he called "Mr. Softy". Tim was so accomplished, but so down-to-earth. Here was a guy that was literally saving lives all the time. His wit and charm helped bring a bunch of guys together over there for years. The world was a much better place with Tim in it.
