Condolences to the Family of Kevin John Callen

2021

I just found out today about Kevin's passing and it made me sad. He worked for me at Verizon for about 2 years. I visited him at home after one of his surgeries while in Boston, MA for a class. I live in California. I enjoyed the many stories Kevin told about his family and how good natured he always was. Such a sweet and devoted family man as well as employee. May you find comfort in his love for you all and know he's watching over you from above.

Dear Susie, Dianne and I want to extend our deepest condolences to you and your family. Kevin was a "true" gentleman, who, I am sure, will be missed by many. He was certainly a loyal Eagle and his many hours devoted to BC was truly amazing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Very sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. I worked with Kevin in the training dept. and we had lots of laughs about how much time we had to spend at the copy machine and many other things. We had a common appreciation for convertible BMW's but he had the BC License plate on his which made it that much cooler. :) Hi ability to recognize the insanity of some of the things we had to do as part of our jobs was so refreshing and we had many conversations about those things that always ended with him shaking his head and saying "unbelievable". Such a great, fun person to be around and I feel lucky to have known him. My sincere condolences to the entire family.

Dear Susie and family, Steve and I send our deepest sympathies to you Kristina and Paul. Funny the first thing that comes to mind is the best dressed couple in Hingham and Paul’s convertible BMW (nursery school days). We send you warmly our thoughts and prayers.

To the members of Kevin’s family: Kevin was a classmate at Milton High - Class of 1972. At our most recent class gathering, I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin’s beautiful wife and Kevin regaled me and many others with stories of his many exploits. He had a genuine zest for the simple things in life and was just launching his career in retirement. I know, as all our classmates knew, that Kevin was a genuine individual, who introduced himself with a friendly smile and a warm handshake. I, and all of his MHS ‘72 classmates, will remember Kevin and mourn his absence at our future get togethers. God bless him and his family and May He grant you the peace that comes with the knowledge of knowing that Kevin earned his eternal reward. Joe Gibbons MHS ‘72

Our hearts are broken at the news of Kevin's death. Such a wonderful family man to be taken by this merciless virus just as he was enjoying his retirement years. Always wearing sharp Cape Cod style clothes and a huge smile! Cruising around in a classy car with the tunes blasting is how I'll always remember my fun loving cousin and college classmate. His MA license plate was BC1976 and we have BC33 which was the year his Uncle Ray graduated. Kevin's strong Catholic faith will find him in excellent company as he enters the Heavenly Gates. God Rest His Soul. Love, Don & Peggy
