I worked with Cortney at EXPLO and from the moment she joined us she exuded kindness and caring for everyone in the organization -- even under the constraints of remote work, her warmth shone through. She was wonderfully easy to talk to, and had a lovely way of always asking the right question. She had a gift for helping people feel seen and heard.

Cortney was the one you called when you needed help with any HR issue. She was cheerful, upbeat and always happy to help. She was a pleasure to to talk with and always made you feel good after our conversations. We will all miss her very much.

We had so much fun in college. She was such a generous person. I have so many great memories laughing with her.
