2021

So sorry to learn of Bill's passing. He and I were close friends when I was in high school and I treasure memories of that time. He was one of the best people that I've ever met. I grieve with Nancy and their children.

I knew Bill as a fellow gym rat at the Clarion Hotel, many years ago. He was a thoroughly decent and nice person, and I always smiled when I saw him. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. May your memories bring you happiness.

Dear Family, I was so saddened to hear of cousin Billy’s death. Although I have lived in California for more than 50 years and didn’t get to see him very often – he was still my favorite cousin. He was the oldest male of Grandma and Grandpa’s grandchildren (and there were many, ha) and I was the oldest girl; I was 2 ½ years younger. In looking through some old family photos this morning I smiled at one from 1949 at the beach house. Four of us sitting on the porch together eating ice cream – my older brother Ron, me, Billy and Danny. When my mom and dad, (Aunty Kay and Uncle Roland to Billy) still lived nearby, we cousins often spent time together. All that changed when we moved to Maine in 1953 when I was 6 years old. The memories are still special and I so enjoyed seeing him from time to time over the ensuing years. What a great guy! Love to you all, Kathy

Dear Nancy and family: I am so saddened that Billy has passed. He was the kindest loving husband, father, and grandfather one could possibly have. He was a true family man, and such a beacon as head of the Henderson family. His love and light will always be with you and all of your family. His legacy will live on through all of you in the immediate family, but also in the love he generated among all of the siblings and their families and his friends (too numerous to count). Please know I hold my memories of Billy and all of you close to my heart. With loving memories, Linda
